Kitaoji Rozama’s word is “the dishes are the kimonos of cooking”. It is inevitable to introduce lots of kimonos (dishes) and the products attached to it, given the borderless and individual expression power of modern cooking techniques. M. STYLE hopes to flexibly change in line with the trend of the times, firstly being truly useful for equipment users. We believe that all people involved in M. STYLE can share “joy of making”, “joyful fun” and “enjoyment to eat” as the greatest pleasure and will continue to strive for this project in the future. I wish for your continued guidance and encouragement in the future. Miyazaki dishes Co., Ltd.
